Our School

Our mission is to provide a quality educational program that is centered on preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency,and increasing graduation rate. The program is operated in partnership with feeder schools, families, law enforcement, community organizations, and other public agencies. We are committed to a balanced approach that effectively provides troubled youth with guidance, education, and discipline in a caring environment to enable them to accept responsibility and become productive members of the community. 

Our philosophy is based on the belief all students can learn and succeed when provided with a learning environment that meets their needs and interests. The program emphasizes applied individualized learning for students who have been unhappy or unsuccessful in their home zoned schools. The students are registered in Edgenuity, an online platform that allows the students to work at their own pace. They are palced in the appropriate grade level according to their previous school and credits. 

We serve students in grades 6 – 12 who have made poor choices in their academic career or behavior in the traditional setting. Having an alternative educational choice serves as another opportunity for students to turn their current situation around and work on meeting their graduation requirements.
